By contracting this service, the client accepts the terms of this contract.

The client agrees to pay for the service in a timely manner, and the editor agrees to provide the service properly.
To schedule a session date, a 60% deposit of the final cost is required, and the remaining balance is paid once the content editing has been completed (a preview of the work may be requested).
The deposit, the amount paid, and any additional features are non-refundable once paid if the client decides not to continue with the service.
For a payment to be considered valid, proof of payment must be provided in the case of a bank transfer, and it must also be reflected in the destination account.
The price of each plan may increase by a percentage if you choose to pay in installments with no interest using a credit card and paying through the Clip payment link.
The final content will be available for download for 20 days; once this period has passed it will be deleted, and there will be an additional cost of $600 if you want it to be recovered.
Service prices are considered at the time of contracting, not at the time of the proposal offered, and may change.
The work produced for the client will be used for portfolio, social media, and promotions through these channels. If the client requires its removal, they must mention it before it is published.
Previews are not the same as the final result; they are for reference only. They may lack real texture and lighting, do not have the same quality, and include a watermark to protect the editor’s work. Once the final content is delivered, it will be in professional quality and without any watermark.
The client’s content, such as a logo or other information, will be integrated into the work as originally provided. If the client requests an improvement in quality, an additional fee will be charged based on the complexity of the task.
Any extra features required must be paid in full before they are produced.
The editor’s job is to design, create, and promote the project in the best possible way, but not to obtain information about the company or product; that is the client’s responsibility.
Once a modification has been approved, it may not be reversed or modified again without an additional fee (extra modification). Modifications are free as long as they do not change the essence of the original format. These modifications are not made in real time.
The content will not be delivered for any reason if there are pending payments for modifications or extra features. Delivery will be via Drive, and once delivered it cannot be modified without an additional fee or any type of claim.
The maximum video length is 2 minutes.
The editor will have previously informed the client of the approximate time per session. The client must take this into account, and if the session duration is extended due to various situations (cleaning, schedule, punctuality), rescheduled within the 24 hours prior, or interrupted due to any circumstance outside the editor’s control, it may affect the session. At that point, it will be defined whether the session continues with an additional cost of $600 (which will be added to the total and must be paid upon completion of the service), or whether its duration is adjusted.
If the client has a different idea for the shots or the edit, they must mention it before that task is carried out; otherwise, those tasks will be completed under an already established format and may only be modified with an additional fee.
Once the session or content editing has started, if any extra feature is removed, the price will remain the same and will not be reduced due to its removal.
Prices apply within a defined range; beyond that range, the cost per session increases based on distance.
Once the content has been sent, it cannot be modified without an additional fee.
Once the content is delivered, no claims of any kind will be accepted.
The music, images, and content used by the editor are royalty-free, except for any that the client chooses to include, and the editor will not investigate whether those resources are royalty-free.
The session may be cancelled or rescheduled at no additional cost up to 24 hours in advance; once this time has passed, the session is considered confirmed.
